About Ricci - She's the humble web servant of MomForce, and still gets giddy when she can make a website actually "do something". Facinated by computers at the age of 8, it didn't take her long once she harnessed the power of the internet in 1999 when she began working from home with a direct sales company. Within 2 years, she became one of the top retailers in the company and learned how to market and utilize internet tools to grow her business. Today, she shares her passion with other moms here at MomForce.com. Ricci lives in Texas with her husband, son, three step-children, two dogs and two cats. You'll find her motivating others through email, chat or on the phone. Hillary also worked with a direct sales company and it was during that time that she found her creative talent and desire to see others happy and having fun. A Customer Service Manager for an airlines for the last 20 years, Hillary shares her management talent, people skills and organization with the MomForce community. Also a chat host at BizyMoms, Hillary provides support to moms that are working to make the transition to work from home. She lives in Idaho with her husband, son and two cats. Ricci was browsing the internet, looking for work at home opportunities when she responded to Hillary's post. They began working together and they have been friends ever since.
